Grilled Chicken Wings


Have you ever tried Thai style grilled chicken wings using your oven? Here's a simple recipe that will make your neighbours green with envy as it not only tastes good but smells wonderful.

1 kg chicken wings
2 tbsp premium light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Using your hands, mix the above in a large bowl for a few minutes and then leave in the fridge for about 1 to 2 hours.

Line baking tray with baking paper, pour the marinated chicken wings into tray and then put in the oven to cook at about 160 degree celsius (using fan-forced oven) for about 20 minutes and then turn the wings and continue cooking until evenly golden brown.

These chicken wings can be served as is or on a plate with steamed rice and vegetables of your choice.
